Information collection by Authentic Occasions platform or Inspire Network will be used by Inspire Network who are the owners of the Authentic Occasions Platform, for organisation purposes.

We collect all information online and ask basic questions. We do not expect to collect your date of birth or social security information. All legal IDs will be checked during the events and will not be asked online. We also do not encourage you will write your details in the events or consultation booking details. The list of participants will be disclosed at the registration desks, mostly by name and contact.

We try our best not to collect personal information since we do not, in most of our have any use of such information which is mainly suitable for specific population registers.

Your payment details will be kept in the Inspire Network bank account and not disclosed to third parties.

All communications and follow ups will be done by e mail to the client or by phone call. We do not wish to ask for your date or birth or gender or anything that relates to your Identity that full names and payments.

All sensitive information should NOT be provided in this platform or any of its registrations or inquiries. If for any reason this is ask please contact us before giving the information.This is to say, the processing of sensitive data is prohibited. Personal data are deemed to be sensitive, if they relate to or are intended to relate to:

(2) the social, political or religious affiliation or trade-union membership of a person;
